Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email and account details. Our authentication provider handles your password. If you choose text alerts, we collect your mobile number, alert preferences, daily message limit and records of your consent, verification and opt-out activity.

We store the counties and filters you select, saved properties, review decisions and notes. When you contact us, we collect your name, email, topic and message. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through the contact form.

Technical information can include IP address, browser and device information, page visits, errors and delivery logs needed for security, troubleshooting and service operation. Browser storage keeps sign-in sessions and certain preferences or review decisions.

We use information to provide and secure accounts, display property records, save your preferences, manage access and subscriptions, deliver requested alerts, respond to support or privacy requests and improve reliability. We do not use your phone number to cold-text property owners.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own use.

We may provide the information needed to deliver your requested messages to service providers acting on our behalf, including SignalWire and telecommunications carriers. They process it for message delivery, support, security and compliance, not for independent marketing.

Text alerts are optional. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for assistance or contact support@countyping.com. We retain a suppression record to honor an opt-out. See our Text Message Terms.

We use providers to host the application, store account data and authenticate users (including Supabase), deliver messages (including SignalWire), provide maps (Google Maps), and process AI-assisted evaluations through our AI service infrastructure. Relevant property facts may be sent for analysis; your account email, mobile number and SMS consent are not included in property-evaluation prompts.

When paid checkout is available, a payment provider processes payment details; CountyPing does not store full card numbers. Provider details will be disclosed at checkout. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse or enforce our terms.

If the business changes ownership, account information may transfer subject to this policy and applicable law. SMS opt-in data remains excluded from third-party marketing use. We do not sell personal account information.

CountyPing collects public sale notices and parcel information, which may include owner names, addresses and filing details. This is separate from subscriber information. Records and AI-assisted summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate; contact us to report a problem.

Source links and Google Maps links open third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. Those services may receive information when you visit or use them.

We retain account and preference information while needed to provide the service. Contact requests and operational logs are retained as needed to resolve issues, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Consent, opt-out and payment-related records may be retained after account closure when needed for compliance or disputes; retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements.

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. You can change alert preferences in your account or request access, correction or deletion by emailing support. We may verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

CountyPing is intended for adults, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
