Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CountyPing. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in details secure and notify us of unauthorized use.

The service combines online public notices, parcel information, rule-based screening and AI-assisted commentary. Coverage varies by source, county and availability. We do not guarantee access to every notice or uninterrupted operation. Every notice we collect remains available for eligible members to review, including higher-risk properties.

AI-assisted evaluations, estimated values, equity figures and suggested next steps are informational screening aids, not appraisals, legal advice, financial advice or recommendations to bid or purchase. AI can make mistakes. An evaluation is not a guarantee of suitability or outcome.

Published debt may exclude other liens, interest, taxes and fees. Estimated equity is not profit. Condition, occupancy, title, sale status and additional costs may be unknown. Sales can be postponed or cancelled. Independently verify official records and consult qualified professionals before acting.

CountyPing is not a county agency, court, auctioneer or listing broker. A notice does not establish that a property is currently available or that a sale occurred. Example cards marked Demo are fictional.

The standard offer is a 14-day free trial with no payment card required, followed by $29/month for statewide Wisconsin access. The trial does not automatically charge you. Access pauses after the trial unless you choose a paid subscription or have an active free-access grant. Signups or checkout may be limited before launch.

When you choose a paid subscription, checkout will disclose the charge, any applicable taxes and recurring billing terms for your approval. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled under those disclosed terms. Cancel through the provided account or checkout-provider controls, or contact support for help. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the paid period.

Contact support about billing errors or refund requests. Applicable consumer rights are not restricted by these terms. We will disclose price changes before they apply to a future renewal. Free-access grants may be time-limited or withdrawn by the owner.

Program: CountyPing property alerts. If you separately opt in, CountyPing sends recurring automated texts about new matching property-sale notices in your chosen counties. Text alerts are included for eligible members and are optional; SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or account creation.

Message frequency varies with notice availability, your filters and daily alert limit. Confirmation, verification, HELP and opt-out responses may be additional service messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. CountyPing does not add a separate per-message charge to your subscription.

Opt out: Reply STOP to stop CountyPing text messages. You may receive one confirmation of the opt-out. Texts will not resume without a new opt-in. Cancelling texts does not cancel your account or paid subscription.

Provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, and notify us if it changes or is reassigned. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on a text as your only source for sale dates or deadlines.

Your mobile information and consent are handled under our Privacy Policy and are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.

Use the service lawfully. Do not misuse public owner information for harassment or unsolicited texts, bypass access controls, share account credentials, scrape or bulk redistribute the service without permission, or interfere with other users. Public records retain their underlying rights; the CountyPing interface, branding and original analysis remain protected by applicable law.

We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security concerns or violations of these terms. Features and source availability may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material service changes when practical.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or investment results. CountyPing is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on incomplete records, AI output, missed alerts or third-party services. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
